Sitel to Add 120 Jobs at Albuquerque Call Center

Sitel, a leading global customer care outsourcing provider, is expanding its customer care call center in Albuquerque, New Mexico, by adding 120 positions to provide inbound customer care support for its global satellite TV and international hotel chain clients.


“As we strive to mean more to our clients, the recent expansion within the Albuquerque call center is a direct result of our commitment to meet their objectives in terms of providing outstanding customer service,” said Manuel Garcia, site director of Sitel’s Albuquerque facility, in a release. “Sitel continues to create deeper relationships with our clients, through better processes, cutting edge technology and outstanding performance from our people.”

Sitel is working with the New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions and hosting an on-site job fair at 4420 The 25 Way this Thursday. Candidates can also apply online in Sitel’s “Careers” section at www.sitel.com.
